Tenant Liaison Officer

On larger projects, in addition to a Contracts Manager and a Site Manager, we employ dedicated Tenant Liaison Officers (TLOs) who act as the main point of contact throughout the improvements.

Their job is to identify any special needs you may have at the start of the process, take note of any potential issues and answer any questions you may have.

The TLO is the point of contact for people with any mobility, health or language difficulties and should also be made aware of any cultural or religious requirements.

On completion

When the home improvements are complete, the TLO visits to make sure tenants are happy and that everything is working correctly.
