Our Tenant Commitment

As much of our work takes place in people’s homes, we ensure that tenants are at the heart of everything we do. We aim for open and clear communication at all times, and all our professional installation teams are highly trained.

All our installation teams work to a strict code of conduct to ensure that all our customers are treated in the correct manner, and to ensure that Health and Safety procedures are observed at all times.

We continuously work to improve tenants’ experiences through regular feedback and satisfaction surveys.

We always aim to adhere to agreed appointments; ensure our employees are easily recognisable, presentable and polite. We will always respect homes and the surrounding environment to deliver a service that meets and exceeds expectations.

When we’re working in a home, tenants can help us to deliver a better service by:

  • Checking our ID cards to confirm who we say we are.
  • Keeping appointments by being available at the agreed times.
  • Making us aware in advance of any special requirements you may have.
  • Being polite and where possible be helpful to our employees.
